Easy Returns – 30 Days to Decide
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. That's why you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items that don’t meet your expectations. Whether the fit isn’t quite right or you've changed your mind, we’ve got you covered.
What Are the Conditions?
To be eligible for a return, we ask that:
- Items are unworn and in their original condition. This means no visible signs of wear, and the original tags must still be attached.
- Of course, you're welcome to try on items—but please ensure they stay in the condition you received them.
- No returns will be accepted if the tags are removed or the items show signs of wear. We appreciate your understanding.
How Does It Work?
- Contact Us: Send us an email at support@fellagolf.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Ship the Items Back: Once we confirm your return request, you can ship the items back to us. Please note, the cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer. You can use the same bag or box in which the goods came to return the goods.
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
