Important for International Customers (Outside the EU)
VAT All prices on fellagolf.com include 21% Dutch VAT for EU customers. Orders shipped outside the European Union (including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the rest of the world) are charged at prices excluding VAT — no Dutch VAT is added to your order at checkout.
Duties and Local Taxes International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Fella Golf does not cover or reimburse these charges.
If duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is returned to us, all return shipping costs, customs fees, and any duties incurred during the return will be deducted from your refund. Please note that when a parcel is refused or undelivered due to unpaid duties, Fella Golf may be required to pay import duties to retrieve the shipment back into the EU. These costs will also be deducted from your refund. If the courier or customs authority does not return the package, we are unable to issue a refund.
General Shipping Information We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, holidays, or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Fella Golf is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, additional fees for address corrections, packages returned due to incorrect address information, or lost or stolen packages after successful delivery.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
